Our refund policy is 30 days. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! After receiving your product, we offer a trial period of 30 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, the product can be returned for a full refund.
Because of inevitable fraudulent activity the 30-day test applies only to one product per customer. If you purchase more than 1 product, you can return only 1 product.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 day period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days. A full refund of the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges on the original shipment cannot be refunded.
If you are not a first time buyer and need to return an unopened item please do so within 30 days and we will refund you the amount of the product, minus shipping.
